SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS – September 14, 2010 – Insight Equity Holdings LLC ("Insight Equity"), the Dallas, Texas-area private equity firm is pleased to announce the addition of two new team members. Blake Bonner and Evan Stuller have joined the team as Analysts.
Prior to joining Insight Equity, Blake was an Analyst with Houlihan Lokey, where he was a member of the Financial Restructuring Group. While at Houlihan Lokey, Blake worked on a variety of transactions, including creditor and debtor-side restructurings and distressed mergers and acquisitions across various industry segments including technology, telecommunications, oil field services and healthcare. Blake graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University.
Evan joins Insight Equity from McKinsey & Company where he was a Senior Business Analyst. While at McKinsey & Company, Evan advised Fortune 500 companies and public institutions in the energy, high technology and materials industries on strategic and capital management issues and worked closely with mid and senior level management teams. Evan graduated with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Business Honors and Finance.
