SOUTHLAKE, Texas – July 12, 2024 – Insight Equity Holdings LLC (“Insight Equity”), a leading middle-market private equity firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeffrey Parent to Partner.
Jeffrey is a key member of the firm and is responsible for all aspects of deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution as well as partnering with portfolio company management to execute strategic and operational initiatives. Jeffrey is currently working with Insight Equity’s investments in CSAT Solutions, a technology services business providing repair and logistics services to the consumer electronics and medical device industries; Clearly Clean, an innovative manufacturer of eco-friendly PET packaging solutions for fresh food producers; Easy Way, a manufacturer of premium outdoor cushions, pillows, patio and market umbrellas, drapes, and furniture covers; and Atmos Technologies, a specialty materials company that provides customized products and application equipment in the waste and infrastructure sectors.

Jeffrey received his MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and graduated magna cum laude from Texas Christian University with a BBA in Finance and a second major in Mathematics.
