SOUTHLAKE, Texas – July 15, 2024 – Insight Equity Holdings LLC (“Insight Equity”), a leading middle-market private equity firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of David Beneski to Senior Vice President.
David Beneski is a key member of the firm and is responsible for all aspects of deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution as well as partnering with portfolio company management to execute strategic and operational initiatives. David is currently working with Insight Equity’s investments in Eddy Packing Company, a producer of beef, pork, and poultry products and provider of a diversified portfolio of branded and private label products to retail and food service customers; Easy Way, a manufacturer of premium outdoor cushions, pillows, patio and market umbrellas, drapes, and furniture covers; and Atmos Technologies, a specialty materials company that provides customized products and application equipment in the waste and infrastructure sectors.

David graduated in the top 5% of his MBA class at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and graduated summa cum laude from Trinity University with a BA in Economics, with a concentration in Business.
